Thanks to have directed me to look at Servcorp again.
Exactly the kind of company I am looking for : high free cash flow yield and now return to growth.

The main question is probably about the cyclicity of this business.
Interesting to see that they have been able to increase their number of customers by 10 %, while the job market begins to deteriorate, in particular for small companies in Australia, which are supposed to be their core customers.
I wonder if something has changed with the new work habits and if they are able to get more medium and larger companies, which are looking for smaller office spaces.
