As you and others would understand, IMU is in phase 1, the safety phase of the product/treatment.
As these pts unfortunately have no other option, they are likely only candidates given to IMU to test the treatments.
As there seems to be progress with increased dosage, and no current safety issues. Once phase one is passed, treatment would be opened up to a significantly larger pt cohort with much better immune system.
So I too, ask this same Q, but it is the process that must be followed.
