    It would seem so...hence my question. I wanted to understand the logic of 'we on hot copper forum know this is definitely worth many billions' vs industry experts (big pharma) not making a move (obviously they are not seeing the potential). Obviously, it is risk.

    I don't think there's too many people on this forum (or even anyone) that expects BP to fork out a multi-billion dollar buy for PAA, tomorrow.

    I'm certain BP see the opportunity, but they only go for certainty (as per my last post responding to Bucky).

    I think the 'logic' of many on here is that we can see the potential for MPL to become a blockbuster drug. A very real potential!

    Nobody should count their chickens until the fat lady sings, but if you're a person who invests in speculative biotech (currently any shareholder of PAA), then obviously you would have some sort of expectation of this company doing well. The thing is with BP, is if they were prepared to buy now for $1-$2b, then we would be crazy to sell! BP, who value certainty over speculation, would have just played their hand and everybody would know this is now a potential $5-$10 stock.
