We all got used to it. They now charge double what they did for the basic package and we now have to pay for any extras that come on. But we trialled not going back to it after Covid and decided after 1 month we are paying staff a lot more than this to do the same job. No way any of these big companies will be going back to paper based versions. we have them hook line and sinker.
