It's a strange one because with the antibody they see PSA falling even up to a year after treatment.
I don't understand the possible mechanism behind this and tried to discuss the science around it on the TLX forum but got nowhere.
The differentiator here is the length of retention in lesions; up ro 2 weeks. Only 2 doses though.
So the relationship between PFS and OS is not linear.
It's difficult to make any worthwhile predictions when you're talking about the first trial which had no control arm and didn't have huge numbers but the ph3 trial which is starting now will of course put it beyond doubt.
Looks interesting though for sure. I'm quietly confident.
