Maintainance trades person on day shift is on $138,131
Even the tradie's assistant is on $111,156
A tradesperson on rotating shifts is on $148,545.
These are the old numbers BEFORE adding circa 10% pay rise !
Grange offered a 5% increase, which was knocked back by the union who demanded >10% increase.
Adding to the expense is growth in employee numbers from circa 500 to circa 750 but still churning out the same circa 2.5 mtpa.
