The debt is due in two weeks. Of course the administrators are going to attempt to delay that. You’ve gone way down the wrong path with all of this talk of litigation and legal action. Even if there was a royalty deal in place, no money would be due as no product has been sold. The really simple fact in all of this is that NUH has $2.5m due in a couple of weeks and currently has no way of paying it. Work the rest out for yourself if there is no extension.
