RE: FIRB - I assume that this makes it basically impossible for any Chinese player to submit a counter bid for LRS.
Also - from all the Sigma CEO interviews I’ve seen, it seems clear that Ana won’t be selling Sigma under $30 a share which means that there’s next to no chance of Sigma being bought in the next 12 months.
The most recent interview from 2 weeks ago had Ana saying pretty much quote unquote that Sigma is dedicated to producing and isn’t entertaining any sale talk.
