13 years ago Sony had a contract with AKP. Sony put up all the money to help develop and manufacture the elusive chip. Two years later they walked away.
Then Teledyne became involved in fabricating the elusive chip. Three years later they walked away.
Then Tower Jazz was brought on board. That partnership also ended.
Then in 2021 EM was contracted to fabricate the elusive chip. Two years ago AKP paid them nearly $600,000 to produce 40,000 pre-production chips. They have still not appeared.

You guys thinking that EM is slavishly working away spending $millions (because AKP has no money) & making a loss on AKP's chip is pretty funny.

You know who else walked away.
Shay Kaplan, one of the original owners of AP and the chief scientist and co-inventor. He left in 2018 and sold the shares he had been given to you guys (made around $10mil - smart guy).
Mark Ureda, director with long experience in audio industry who is also director with Bose. Walked away as soon as his first 12 month contract expired.
