not sure about you view.. first you got to understand, Ven to merge with GLL.. is and was set long ago.. VEN got 2 billions shares on issue, they acquire GLL, by issue another billion.. Schorrock is a criminal (in my opinion )of setting up such deal.. they all connected.. read the postings about GLL.. VEN will have to reconstruct..and squizz everyone out.. GLL rip 400 millions from holders.. and give it away for 1 million?? best CON job on ASX am I missing something.
