Why would SPR shareholders accept 1 RMS share for every 1.5 SPR held when there is plenty more upside in exceptional drilling to come. Dalgarranga could become another superpit worth multiple billions. Its a no from me if that is all RMS can put on the table. IMO it would get knocked back anyway...
