speaking of Frank Zhu
A while back I sent him a scathing and confronting email regarding the performance of ORD or lack there off.
I must say his response was quite unexpected. I actually didn't expect a response.
He was very polite and sincere in his response and did not resort to confronting language.
After that moment I decided that man has some class and decided to keep my stock.
