I have roughly pretty much gone through every Ann since listing and other than the prospectus could not find any mention of the 8% Royalty fee, now given we have probably made at least half a dozen sales since listing one would have thought that there would have been some mention of this royalty fee payment to the University in their Ann's or even in their quarterlies. Which begs the question, if this fee is even still applicable given we are in our second generation technology. Would love others input on this as like I said I have done a rough search through our Ann's.

As for the % the Co can receive for any project this will all depend on the project, location and type, but in previous investor presentation nights a percentage of up to 30% was discussed but I am not 100% sure if its entirely correct.
