Hello. I am ignoring the EPS headline. RPM has 252,308,318 shares on issue plus around 96,370,464 options exercisable at 10 cents. This is 348,678,782 securities fully dilutedThe profit before tax was $6,133,163, The tax was only $1,413,920, which is 23.1%. I don't know why the tax is not 30% but at 30% tax rate the NPAT is $4,293,214.The above gives the impression of fully diluted EPS = 1.23 cents.
