While the market may see the expansion as risky. I see it as necessary and a strategy that will leave their competitors behind.
I see their main goal as becoming one of the highest (if not the highest) margin nickel producers in the world. That takes scale and vertical integration. If they can achieve that then it doesn't matter what the price of nickel is. They can be the last man standing and reap the rewards in the eventual up cycle.
