Page 3 and 14 of the Results Presentation says they are planning a substantial off-market, equal access share buy-back.
They will offer all shareholders the chance the sell their shares back to the Company at say $12 per share. If 24 million shares accept they will spend $280m. If 27.8m shares accept everyone gets 90% of what they bid.
