staff costs are approximately $2.5m per Q
now with the extra staff lets assume will cost $4m for the year
thats $14m in costs which equals $3.5m per Q
to cover that, the company needs to process around $175 m per Q and at around 2% return the cash rec's will be around that $3.5m
