Per the title of this thread, PPS today shifted to a provisional "yes" - a breakout of the near 2yr downtrend does look imminent.
Sitting right on the downtrend line today and giving it a serious test. Should it continue to push north of $0.51, then we should see PPS move to $0.60 as the first major area of resistance.
