I thought Phantom's point about costs of a future raising capital were valid too. I would add, without the resolution, every dollar spent on the admin of the loyalty offer, and every other issue of BPHOBSs since will be written off if they expire. Through no fault of the company or the option holder. Wasting money already expended plus future costs to raise both belong in the mix of any cost/benefit analysis.
