"HOW does a NEW board help if there is NO CASH and company HAS NO rights to a resource....???"

Maybe it’s all connected. We’re running low on cash and resources, and that could be tied to the current board's strategy. Changing leadership might have turned things around. An experienced shareholder with our interests at heart could have helped repair wounds and reopen communication. How can we move forward when nobody wants to communicate with us? Even our own lawyers have turned against us, but around here, it’s never management’s fault. We’ve seen a total breakdown in relationships, Dathomir (head in the sand strategy) & JV debacle, bonuses being handed out, the "Roadshow" (a.k.a. the secure-my-job tour), the Locke ruse, money disappearing from escrow—the list goes on. Yet, it’s always someone else to blame, and shareholders ask no questions, acting as if there’s nothing to see here. The last email related to the CR is a prime example of how out of their depth management is. Many on this forum dismissed it instantly as a fake because of its completely amateurish appearance.

If this goes belly-up, take a look in the mirror—you’re partly to blame for not holding management accountable when things were at a stalemate and relationships were in ruins.
