Kstnova from what I could tell folks who purchased the lows a week or two ago with more patience than me simply sold the news. Now that's not a negative on the company announcement at all just a sampling of how folks are viewing the market these days IMO.
He's your breakdown with most of the price-action coming from off-market.
It's a very strange daily candle being that it's red on a green day but that's often the case with gap opens. No doubt this will need to settle over the next couple of sessions .
