He already got his raise with the profit from the sale of his share package before the fall of RED and it's still cheeky to ask for a raise when the stock has dropped by 25% !
He should get to work now and come back with a raise request when it is deserved by the improvement in production and resources and not just by the increase in the price of gold over which he has no influence !
