re: Ann: USN: US NICKEL TAKEOVER OFFER FOR AR... The takeover is NOT 1:1 it is 4 USN for 3 ARD shares, therefore with USN at 15c, the ARD are currently valued at 20c so USN are paying what the market is not prepared to pay. Also, who was the driving force behind putting the 2 Daws onto the board in the middle of the year and why? Why did ARD only raise $8mill, instead of the $16mill they initially stated they needed?
