I think your missing the point the actual is not the issue it's what happens once it gets in it becomes a slippery slope because ALL politicians are lazy and just think constituents are cash cows that will keep paying so once they can impact the wealthy it will only be a matter of time before they move to do the same to the middle class and that is where the fears arise , irrational or other wise . IF PEOPLE CANT BE TRUSTED WHY RISK GOING THERE TO BEGIN WITH .
