I myself have been dubious for more that a year (despite the seemingly rosy news from the USA) due to TH's huge salary and lack of skin in the game, but didn't expect the plug to be pulled so abruptly...

Nope. I think it's sad. They got on the train tracks of "the worlds smallest .." nonsense and refused to change course until it was too late. Can't say I didn't try to help (go back and see my posts on direct engagement with the exec team to influence them).
