I've noticed this too, however lately I've been seeing ALB move upwards and LTR not following suite which has been perfectly illustrated in your 3 month chart (below).
I chalked this up to short sellers trying very hard to keep the SP down, which they couldn't on ALB because it's market cap is so much larger it would require significantly more capital to achieve the same result. Honestly, I used this that period as an opportunity to increase my holdings and average down.
But I would be interested in your view on this?
