I think it has moved beyond the tipping point - sales staff just need to point out that more people are now using BTM than any other product, and ask, 'so why are you still using 30 year old product?'
I wrote a post previously about the latent pricing power that Polynovo has. With Integra basically losing market share every single day, and as it has now become obvious to the majority of surgeons that BTM is the best, PNV no longer need to worry about the need to be a price leader to get a footing and build market share. Once you own the market and are selling a product that is virtually unrivalled, you can start to use the position as the price maker.
