Agree @LearningEachDay ….. the USA being one of the most litigious countries in the world settled for $2 million so if the Australian lawsuit settled for anything like what people are suggesting on here, it is hardly insignificant ? It will certainly add a premium to the PI cover going forward
It makes one wonder why they chose to settle it now though ….. why the rush / urgency ? Perhaps a partnership deal couldn’t progress with it in lingering in the background ? SI giving people a month’s notice to the upcoming conference call this week better have something good to tell us given the cat is supposedly out of the bag - just sayin’
