WES now well below 32. General mkt is weakish and obviously a factor... but WES has much higher PE than its ASX50 contemporaries, and risk (IMO) remains to the downside. Very low ROE (6.3%) means WES depends on external factors to justify high PE. Maaaybe their coking-coal mine will be the ace. Time will tell.
