It is lot of money. What people should understand is the cost of making this drag out longer than it already has. Think about it in the way a new investor would. Biotech is already high risk, this has been a extra risk that many would not take on including major partnerships and institutional investors. I have no doubt that the agreement has been influenced by this ongoing cost to MSB. They new this , and the court will now assess the deal. They may well take a look at the evidence and still rule against the claim. It is a process. Let the court decide.
