If that was how things work in this sector, there would never have been a Telix: that wonderful Australian biotec that is doing great things.
Afterall, cancer has been around for ages, and someone has been generating revenue through 'treatments' such as prayer, burning (diathermy), blood letting, and other similar discredited interventions.
And again, being "revenue generating" does not equate to better science or better prospects for the future. Even the ice cream man at the corner can generate revenue drom day dot!
