I have been asking a few questions over on the Exco threads because the DERM website showed them as being behind CDU in the application process. Turns out that is not correct the site has just been updated.
EXS lodged their submission in December last year and CDU in July this year. An insight as to what lies ahead for CDU may be gleaned by looking at what EXS have to change to get their M.L ( pdf file link below ) now they have moved to the end of the process.
