Oh, and while I am here, it is worth noting that 29 March 2024, the day before the takeover announcement, the SP closed at $2.20.
There is little or no premium here for the offer. Little chance of the offer getting over the line- but no premium attached- in my opinion.
If I find a moment- have a look at the provisions- was US$24 the expectation or in the ballpark?
