"Is the company required to announce every sale they make?" – No, of course not, only sales that have a "material" impact (whatever that means). But now we have the half-year report, we can get a feel for the mix of material sales compared to small sales that weren't announced:

• Hardware sales of $18.4 million (HY report, note 2, pg 16)
• Announced sales during the quarter $14.7 million
• Therefore, unannounced sales were $3.7 million over the six months, or roughly $600k per month.

I conclude that it's unrealistic to hope that unannounced sales will make up for the absence of announced sales so far this quarter.
