    Hi There OKC, Similar response to what i was dished out a few weeks ago. Similar to telling your Bank " I'll let you know when I"ll pay my morgage, in the meantime dont go away unhappy just go away" . By the way due-dilligence isnt perpetual, time is of the essence there's allways a sunset clause, is anyone aware of the due-dilligence period?
