I'd give it a 1% chance of dividends being paid as I believe they're looking to consolidate the region via m&a before they ever consider giving money back. SLR could have paid out but they didn't because they were on the hunt for growth as a company first. Gotta squirrel those nuts away now for the eventual GMD takeover, or do we acquire via scrip and issue another 3 billion shares.
