Between 1950 - 70 multiculturalism employment didn’t exist as job opportunities to for immigrants.
The only thing I recalled was possibly English classes, now some migrants are seeing it as a career opportunity to service specific migrants interests.
Is there a $ figure that is spent by government entities in multilingual pamphlets etc
