Founder Greg Goodman did not withdraw Goodman Group from unpopular funds or overseas expansion during the global financial crisis. It seemed possible that the Australian property group could fail when its shares fell to $A0.14, but Goodman managed to avoid the problems that plagued Centro Properties Group. In November 2010, Goodman's shares have risen to over $A0.60 and operational earnings are forecast to climb by 19-23 per cent in 2010-11.
