during those 18 months many people here praised his intelligence and concluded his just playing the governments game hence his silence and discretion. His definitely intelligent at fooling posters here by stirring up pumps, cap raises followed by dumps. Basically this company has provided nothing for over a decade but the CEO has thrived on cap raises from the gullible to fund his own salary.
