If you don't like the restaurant decor and you don't like the rude staff, what's on the menu, the long wait between courses, the small servings, and the rest rooms that are never cleaned, its probably a good idea to find somewhere else to have your dinner. It looks to me that the management of this restaurant have just gone onto "holiday pay" and left via the back door, taking most of the cooks and waiters with them. Meanwhile, the customers are still sitting in the restaurant wondering when their main meal will actually arrive. No sounds of anything happening in the kitchen. Everyone's just hoping the lights don't go out next. Hmm ...
