I thinks its managements loss of reputation that's at the core here not mine.
They wanted $20m from Locke ( they will need a lot more than that to go the full ISCID distance )
9 months after it was announced they still don't have any Litigation funding in place.
They have managed to keep the lights on and pay wages for a bit longer, by placing 1400 con notes at $1000 each. that's hardly a stellar outcome on their resume.
