My own view is the sell off today is very minor and highlights the story remains in tact and will for number of years.

Lovisa: The necklaces and earrings retailer held one of the most interesting earnings calls we’ve listened to this results period. Management answered the questions they wanted to, and didn’t apologise for not answering others. They didn’t want to be drawn on store rollout guidance (although eventually conceded they were likely to open 100-200 stores in FY25) or give a region-by-region account of store profitability or sales growth. You can do that when everything is going (and growing) well – and the share price is up three times in the past five years and 15 times in the past decade. But there will come a time when the music stops and it will have to reveal a bit more. The stock was down 13 per cent in afternoon trade, which was only enough to erase the past few weeks’ gains.
