that keep saying the parliamentary system is adversarial . this does nothing toward improving legislation but uses the excuse to argue viciously. attacking those opposite merely for the sake of opposing.
fair enough to discuss merits and flaws in a bill, but to make up attacks instead is merely destructive to good governance.
I don't know how parliament will function under independents. but changes to protocols and procedures will be necessary once theres an impossibility of either party forming a majority. imo the debate on changes will be fascinating.
how do you see parliament functioning under full independent MPs?
