The CEO and other new management are Queensland based, most experiences are from Food and Retail sectors, not bad food and drugs normally working together.
The new CEO has a 6 months cool down period, both parties can terminate, he looks quite energetic. Guy steps down he is still a top shareholder, I reckon Dr. Jansen is at control underwater.
This is not an isolated ann, we may see a series of anns coming soon, 2024 financials (possibly break even or better, but div gone), annual report (hope to see each subsidiary's performance, each product's performance), court matter update (personally the chance they stop wasting each other's time is high).
Why not buy few today close to the all time low, 130+ employees still working hardly, compared to EZZ this one is cheap and valueable.
