Fried cabbage:
In a wok fry the following on high heat:
One sliced onion.
One sliced capsicum.
Three sliced Chinese sausages.
A few splashes xo.
A few knobs of smoked butter.
Then add the following
¼ or more of sliced cabbage.
A few smoked chilis.
¼ dozen pressed garlic.
Finish off with some of the following:
2 tableapoons soy sauce.
2 tablespoons rice wine.
Two blocks fermented bean curd.
1 tablespoon oyster sauce.
