Looking at and discussing the phase 3 theory. As MSA is too hard to define between PD and MSA in early stages, as mentioned by Dr Stamler, and the best results were being seen in those less affected by MSA in the recent release. Would ATH434 be able to jump straight into a phase 3 scenario with all PD and MSA potential patients in early stages as it is too hard to differentiate ?.
If this was the case, it would definately get the patient numbers, and automatically open the treatment into PD and large investors opening their wallets.
Thoughts ?.
