So they have issued 157.5 million shares for 121 thousand dollars & retired $ 21,000 of convertible-note debt . I wonder if they are rounding up the money to try to get to the million for the cap raise. It does say there are still more convertible notes available to be converted. Seems like a bit of activity in converting convertible note debt to shares. We may find out why soon. These geniuses are issuing shares again, to keep the mystery ship from sinking. Shame they aren't producing gold - but they are way better at producing shares.

Note that the cap raise finishes tomorrow. They claim to have got have got 121 thousand dollars from a placement. We'll see soon if they have managed to get 2 million from a cap raise. I note they haven't announced the payment of the $300,000 owed to Ridivian for the Forestania leases. It would be interesting to know who the placement was to .What a nightmare of a company- it reminds me of a SP bookmaker. They would seriously do your head perhaps, that's what has happened to Daft Garf. One thing is obvious , on market share sales have been slow whis could explain all the off-market shenanikans.

If they hadn't been issuing all the shares they have been since the consolidation, wouldn't the actual market cap be like 250 grand?
