Absolutely correct. The brackets (or parentheses if you prefer) indicate a negative figure.
LDX has tangible liabilities that are greater than their tangible assets. Not a great sign for a listed company, hence the share price in the doldrums however they are in the process of turning this around but it will take time.
In a turnaround situation a negative NTA can signal a real bargain. But, it's no guarantee as the company could go the other way into administration if they don't get the strategy right.
