I found it is funny for people to come up with the conclusions that MOU means nothing.
You have no clues how business deals work.
Remember CEO only went to China couple months back.

some explorers worth 100M already whilst GLN in development phase.
Management did make a terrible mistake by proceeding without receiving the fund however the marketcap now sitting around $70M, less than all the investments they put in to date.
For those non holders, you guys seem very active without holding a single share. Must have plenty of time on your hand.
