That's correct @elLocoGator but shareholders are bottom of the pile, below Taurus, New Hope, other creditors (i.e. trade payables) and administrator fees etc. It will all depend on how much Taurus would be able to sell the assets for in a (currently-depressed) coking market. You'd hope there would be some cents in the dollar for shareholders but the market doesn't seem very optimistic given where the market cap of the company is trading. Hopefully this discussion is premature but the share price action seems to imply something uncomfortable is on the horizon.
